Adrian Russell Wills, & Gillian Moody had been friends for many years. They are both aboriginal, both were adopted by white families as babies and both reconnected with their biological families but their experiences were very different. They both grew up in a white world but Adrian had increasing difficulties with his adoptive parents while Gill's youth was very different despite experiencing racism like Adrian. Not racism from their families but to know more, you'll have to watch!
Caitlin Yeo & Damien Lane have created the music that has been beautifully woven into an extraordinary sound-scape by Dr Andrew Belletty.

The interviews were shot in sets that were childhood reflections, Gill's with green screen windows and doorway, both sets stylishly lit and shot by Kathryn Millis. I still amaze at how good green screen compositing has become.
