This job was commissioned as a sales video to aid De Lorenzo representatives when they visit salons. The brief was to make an upbeat, snappy video that profiled De Lorenzos beliefs and culture. Provided with over 15 hours of footage it was then CBD's job to pull together a coherent program that fulfilled the brief. The challenge with this job was to make the video flow smoothly while keeping up the pace. With some clever audio manipulation and calculated use of overlay, short grabs were pieced together to form a continuous narrative conveying the key points while maintaining visual interest and keeping the video concise and to the point. Once the base was achieved it was then time for some fun. With a no holds barred approach we were let loose and came up with some creative and interesting graphic, filter and transition techniques which kept the mood of the video energetic and interesting. The video was very well received and provided a wonderful creative outlet for the team .
